That’s why we’ve recreated the 42-Day Body Reset, starting September 23rd—an intensive program designed for tradesmen, parents, office workers, and road workers. This isn’t just a fitness challenge; it’s a new beginning, a chance to invest in your long-term health.”

Program Structure:

“The program runs from September 23rd to November 3rd, with training sessions every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 PM, and Saturday mornings at 8:00 AM. (If these times do not suit come to the open evening to discuss options) These sessions are designed to build strength, improve mobility, and create lasting habits.”

Nutrition Strategy:

“We’ll cover the fundamentals of caloric deficit, essential for fat loss. But we’ll also focus on maintaining and building lean muscle mass to ensure you stay strong. This balanced approach to nutrition is key to your long-term success.”

Open Meetings:

“We’re hosting two open meetings at our brand-new gym on Tuesday, September 17th at 6:30 PM, and Saturday, September 21st at 10:00 AM. It’s a great chance to tour the new space at 40 Eglinton Rd, meet me—Mike, your trainer and owner—and get all your questions answered.”

You will be WITH A TRAINER 3 sessions per week taken through fat burning workouts designed to help you melt fat, tone up, and see results fast. AND - You will be able to track your own progress which will help you continue to improve, avoid plateaus and keep seeing results far past your 6 weeks.
PILLAR TWO: 
NUTRITION
Nutrition Plan
We will sit down with you and explain how your own custom meal plan works. Exactly what you need, given your body, schedule, and food preferences, so it is not only doable, but enjoyable. We adjust every week as needed to make sure you see results week-in, week-out.

Grocery List 
We will sit down with you and map out your exact grocery list so you know what to buy at the supermarket, and leave nothing to guesswork.  Our process will cut down on your time in the supermarket with most people getting in and out in under 15min.

Not only will you have us when you are in the Hangar working out, but you will also be able to contact to your personal accountability coach whenever you need for help, tips, advice, or just someone to give you some extra encouragement. We are here to help you succeed. They will also CHECK-IN WEEKLY to congratulate you on your success and keep you on track.
